Replacement Policy:

  • Customers can request a replacement 1within 2 hours of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible, the product must be:
  1. Unused
  2. In its original packaging
  3. With all tags and accessories intact

A clear photo/video proof of the issue must be sent via WhatsApp or email.

No Returns or Refunds:

  • We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
